Did I miss a memo or have people forgotten what empathy is? Or maybe everyone is so self-centered to just not want to concern themselves with anything that doesn’t affect them personally?
Sure empathy may not have any monetary benefits but it has alot of emotional benefits! So next time someone spills their heart out, please please do a great favor and Listen deeply and empathize, instead of throw up Dr. Phil crap everytime.
